They have created a lovely atmosphere with some awesome hosts and I have left having met some wonderful people. The perfect blend of chill/ activities and good food. You have your own space and privacy along with the mix of dining together in the evenings and surf lessons. Perfect for a 30s solo traveller. Most other camps like this offer dorm room accommodation, so it’s great to have the more luxury option without the price tag! Great selection of drinks at the bar and spots to work if you need to take a call or remote work for a bit. Great WiFi. I’ll be back again for sure!

The food was delish and creative - if a bit overstuffed at times! All of our students were happy with their accommodations - the animals, property strolls, and hammock rests with scented flowers were enchanting. The property is a peaceful haven with mountain views, but only 10 minutes to the beach. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked parts of the Fisherman's Way along the coast each day in between classes. Highly recommended! What stands out the most for us as the retreat leaders is the staff at Cocoon. They are all accommodating, friendly good souls that made our job easy and pleasurable. Thank you Cocoon staff! I am overwhelmed by the beauty of the nature it is set within. The staff are a wonderful team, so helpful and responsive. The farm life is just the tonic for any city goer with land stretching into vistas, a herd of goats, peacocks showing off, a lake ready to cool off in after yoga asana. The food is so intelligently put together with bursting flavours, textures and ingredients. I love that they have a vegetable patch and the produce is being woven into each meal! I always feel so grateful to be here and can’t wait for my next stay.

It’s a warm, welcoming space where everything is thought and done with so much care and intention. The farm has beautiful intimate spots scattered on the property to recharge which is very appreciated when living in a community setting. The rooms are gorgeous and clean with a beautiful morning light (!). The lake has its own magical feel to it and is a biodiversity hub on the farm. All common spaces are safe and welcoming, the food is amazing… I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you Anton and Tony as well as the entire staff for your radical care and kindness.
